What is your backup policy?

We retain seven days of rolling backups, located outside of our network, with our managed hosting. These backups can be accessed on our Shared and Reseller servers using Restore Manager in cPanel.

The backups are also available on request for VPS servers. The backups are performed during off hours based on the server location, and should not replace your own backup regiment.

* Backups are for administrative purposes and not guaranteed. We recommend keeping your own backups.
** Excessive restoration requests may result in administrative fees being charged.
